dotnetdays acts as a direct seller for the tickets to this event. All sales made through this website are subject to the terms of this Agreement.


Tickets sold through this website grant to the Customer only a revocable license to the bearer that may be revoked at any time for any reason. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual attraction. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms imposed by the applicable Promoter. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present the original ticket in its original, undamaged, unaltered form, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Promoter.


If you are not satisfied with the services that dotnetdays provides you are entitled to apply for a refund within 10 days from the original ticket purchase but no later than the 21 April 2023. You may do so by sending us an e-mail with the title `Refund` and your complete information at info@dotnetdays.ro. For this and any additional information please contact us at info@dotnetdays.ro.


dotnetdays reserves the right to make changes to the agenda at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the program will be noted on our website and delegates should check regularly for updates.


If the conference is cancelled or postponed, tickets will remain valid, and can be used at the next in-person event. Alternatively, attendees can opt for a full refund, or, a partial refund with access to the online version of the conference. Force Majeure applies.


dotnetdays provides a mobile app to its partners which can scan the badges of the attendees and assign that information to the partner that scanned it. When an attendee consents to have its badge scanned then they consent to sharing their information to the partner. This information includes registration details provided by the user when they bought a ticket. Force Majeure applies.
